The COP-SI400G-LR4 is a high-performance 400G QSFP-DD LR4 silicon photonics optical transceiver, compliant with the 400GBASE-LR4 standard and IEEE 802.3bs specifications. It adopts advanced CWDM4 four-wavelength design (1271/1291/1311/1331 nm) and PAM4 modulation, supporting stable 400Gbps transmission up to 10 km over standard G.652 single-mode fiber.
Featured with a hot-pluggable QSFP-DD form factor and duplex LC interface, this module integrates built-in DOM/DDM real-time monitoring for optical power, temperature, voltage and laser current.
