The COP-SI400G-FR4 is a premium 400G QSFP-DD FR4 optical transceiver based on advanced silicon photonics technology. It supports 400GBASE-FR4 standard with four CWDM4 wavelengths at 1271/1291/1311/1331nm, delivering stable 400Gbps transmission up to 2 kilometers over standard single-mode fiber(SMF).
With duplex LC interface and PAM4 modulation, this module ensures low latency, high bandwidth and excellent thermal stability. Built-in DOM monitoring supports real-time parameter tracking. It is fully compatible with mainstream brand switches, routers and firewalls, widely used in medium and long-distance data center interconnection, cloud backbone networks and enterprise core optical links.

COP-SI400G-FR4 is a next-generation 400G QSFP-DD FR4 silicon photonics optical transceiver designed for modern high-speed data centers and cloud networks. Adopting mature CWDM4 four-wavelength multiplexing technology, it realizes reliable 400Gbps transmission up to 2 kilometers on ordinary single-mode optical fiber.
Equipped with high-quality silicon photonic chips, the module features outstanding heat resistance and signal stability. PAM4 modulation greatly improves bandwidth density, reducing overall network deployment cost while maintaining ultra-low latency for big data, AI computing and cloud service transmission.
With standard duplex LC interface, users can directly use existing single-mode fiber resources to complete 400G upgrade. The hot-pluggable QSFP-DD design supports fast installation and replacement without affecting network operation. It is interoperable with all mainstream 400G switching devices in the global market.
