400G OSFP VR4 Overview

The 400G OSFP VR4 is a high-performance pluggable optical transceiver module optimized for short-reach high-speed interconnection in modern data centers, AI/ML platforms and HPC clusters. It adopts 4×106.25Gbps PAM4 modulation technology with 850nm VCSEL array and PIN photo detector array, delivering a total data rate of 400Gbps for full-duplex transmission.
