TS-QDO-854H-01C/400G QSFP-DD SR4 Transceiver 850nm 50/100m MMF Optical Module

This 400G QSFP-DD SR4 optical transceiver operates at 850nm wavelength with 400Gbps full-duplex data rate, adopting PAM4 encoding technology and compatible with QSFP-DD MSA and IEEE 802.3bs standards. It is designed for short-reach transmission over multimode fiber, supporting 50m transmission on OM3 fiber and 100m on OM4 fiber, with MTP/MPO-12 connector for easy fiber connection. Equipped with DDM/DOM function, it enables real-time monitoring of operating status including temperature, voltage and optical power. The transceiver features compact QSFP-DD form factor, low power consumption and high reliability, making it an ideal solution for 400G short-reach interconnections in data centers, cloud computing and high-speed enterprise networks.
